I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Amman — truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and very attentive to every detail. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering both comfort and elegance. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s main attractions, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding — from the delicious breakfast to the top-notch room service and facilities. Everything was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman, whether for business or leisure. It exceeded all expectations and I would definitely stay here again!
The service was consistently professional every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and carried themselves with such class. It really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The pool area is also beautiful and well maintained, though we do wish it was heated to make it more enjoyable, especially during cooler days. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service. We’d definitely come back!
The impression of the hotel is generally negative rather than positive. And as in that song: I have five reasons for this. But there are not five reasons, but 8. 1. Tired rooms, there is dirt in the shower, the bathroom is also not in the best shape. 2. A set of toiletries, including slippers - was given for one person, although there were two of us staying. Apparently, they are saving money, so do not forget to take your toothbrush. 3. The gym is also not in the best shape, worn out and old exercise machines. 4. For dinner (if you ordered a hotel with dinner), you will not even be given a glass of water, and a tea bag will cost 4 dinars. 5. Without warning, they replaced the buffet with a regular dinner, which was the most upsetting. There is no selection, a salad made from everything that came to hand. 6. The smell of cigarettes is in the corridor, which wafts into the rooms. It's simply impossible to breathe, you need to sleep only with the air conditioner on. 7. The sockets are in a state of emergency, the kettle is running. Think about safety. 8. The location of the pool is unfortunate, it is opposite the dining area. Not entirely ethical in my opinion. And I want to say that I doubt 5*, here 4 with a minus, well, or 3 with a plus will do. In general, I do not recommend it. I would like to add that the staff is also dishonest. They tried to insist that we had used the minibar and demanded money from us before we checked out! It was only after raising our voices that they calmed down and let us go. They are not customer-oriented. Overall, a poor hotel.
