I was kicked out by a Nigerian manager at 10:30pm because I asked for a bottle of water, as there's no room service! Very rude and unfriendly service! they have absolutely no idea about customer service! I wonder how such a beautiful resort can be treated with such poor customer service. Absolutely not recommended!!!
I had the WORST experience ever at Landmark Beach Resort Mbezi! First of all, the WiFi was a complete joke — not working at all! Second, we paid for an extra bed and were supposed to get extra pillows with it. Did we get them? NO. What kind of service is that?! Third, we went to the swimming area and asked for towels — we were many — and they told us they could only give ONE towel. Seriously?! And if that wasn’t enough, we went for breakfast at 9:30 AM and everything was already finished. When we asked for just some bread, they finally brought it — but it was cold and definitely NOT fresh. Landmark Beach Resort Mbezi, PLEASE work on your management. This was beyond disappointing. Absolutely poor management!
