Landmark Pokhara

We stayed at Landmark Hotel in Pokhara with high expectations, and while the experience was mostly pleasant, it didn’t fully live up to the price. The hotel definitely has some great features—starting with its rooftop swimming pool, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The in-house restaurant was also impressive. The food was tasty, and the ambiance was calm and inviting. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, polite, and professional. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and well looked after. However, despite these positives, we couldn’t help but feel that something was missing. It’s hard to point out exactly what—maybe the rooms felt a bit plain, or maybe the overall vibe didn’t quite match the premium rates. For the price we paid, we expected a little more in terms of room comfort, amenities, or unique touches to make the stay feel truly special. It’s not that Landmark is a bad choice—it’s clean, well-managed, and in a good location. But compared to other options in the same price range, it just doesn’t feel like great value for money. In short, Landmark Hotel has all the ingredients for a great stay—good food, lovely pool, and kind staff—but it needs that extra something to make it truly memorable. A solid 4 stars from us, with room for improvement.

This place was the best! Amazing location! From the moment you enter this place, you’re greeted with fresh drinks and warm smiles! We found the breakfast buffet amazing! The dine/in for lunch was average though. For our stay we had no complains. Definitely the stay was on expensive side but we got the value for money! We stayed a total of three nights. We even managed to see the mountains from our room one of the days. They were happy to keep our luggage while we were away for our hikes. We also used their vehicle booking service— Krishna Prasad was amazing handling our travel plan and the Jeep booking. Had a great time in the swimming pool.Didn’t manage to check out the gym and the spa though. We’ll definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The facilities were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality especially Miss Kanchan Paudel. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
