Las Ramblas de Puerto Manzano

Amazing concept, but not worth the money

I don't recommend it. Firstly, I booked and paid for a specific room, but upon arrival I was assigned another one. I had to complain because it was not the one I had chosen. Also, at the time of booking I was assured that breakfast was included. Being a deluxe suite in a hotel in Puerto Manzano, one expects a breakfast to match. However, upon arrival we were informed that it was only a "complimentary breakfast", served on a tray to take to the room. Very far from what was expected. The room also left a lot to be desired. The radiators were not working, I notified the reception by message because I was cold, but I never got a response. I had to sleep with a coat on, warmer than in my own house... and we were in Villa La Angostura. The cleaning was poor, and one of the windows had broken glass, which let in even more cold. Lastly, it was difficult to find the place. When I made the reservation it had one name, but when the sign arrived it had a different one. The entrance is located on a curve in the route, poorly lit, poorly signposted and dangerous. A real shame, it wasn't what I expected.

The worst experience of my life, let's go in parts and I will be as clear as possible: 1. The hotel taking off is called Puerto Manzano Suites by Vissionare, they changed the name because they usually steal from the glampins they have, and they change the name so that people can go and not be carried away by these comments. 2.The climb to get to the "hotel" is in very bad condition, I almost left the front of the car several times. 3. The attention at the reception is terrible, if you have a qualifying adjective worse than terrible, please let me know so I can place it here. 4. The hotel lobby has stones, so we couldn't move the suitcases, we had to put the suitcases through the window and no one helped us, the receptionist told us, "be careful" the only one who was a little calm was the gardener, good for him. 5. Breakfast is very poor, shared spaces are terrible. 6. Speaking of the room, the cleaning is terrible, on two nights we found cockroaches on the floor and bathroom. 7. The bathroom looks like a crime scene, the bathroom in the cells in the series El Marginal is prettier than in that hotel. And it is designed for giants, to get in or out of the shower you need a ladder (I am 1.83m tall) 8. The worst experience of my life, I recommend throwing everything down and doing it again. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER go to this thing that calls itself a "hotel".
