This place is absolutely breathtaking. Every worker here seems specially trained to give guests the best experience. Their hospitality is 10/10. I can’t even speak enough about how nice and welcoming everyone was during my vacation. I highly recommend this place.

Latitude 0 is absolutely beautiful—lush, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. The food was a real highlight, with tons of wonderful options every day, from fresh fruit, vegetables, proteins to local flavors that hit the spot. Sven, the manager, and the entire staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always made us feel right at home. The massages were amazing too—super relaxing and just what we needed. Overall, an unforgettable trip. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently poor. Staff members were not friendly or welcoming—in fact, most interactions felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. There was a clear lack of professionalism and hospitality, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. The front desk seemed disorganized, housekeeping was inconsistent, and requests were often ignored or met with attitude. I didn’t feel like a valued guest at all. For the price and length of my stay, I expected at least a minimum level of courtesy and service, but that was definitely not the case here. I am at a point of not recommending it to anyone . But a special thanks to Oscar, Jenifer and Vincent for taking care of us ! At least your genuine smiles and hospitality made a difference.
