We had great time here. Stayed here for 4 nights - 3rd to 6th August 2025. 2 couples and 3 kids. Very comfortable, huge, amazing views and spacious. Had clean beddings, towels. Our apartment had 3 rooms , a huge balcony, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen that made life much easy as we could cook for the kids. Kitchen has enough cutlery and almost all appliances like toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, blender etc Apartment is cleaned only once in 4 days so we cleaned it ourselves during our stay. There is a washing machine too. No shower gel in bathrooms so carry your own. Each apartment has their dedicated parking. Got swimming pool with a view 😍 For Indians - there is no bidet in washroom, but enough toilets papers 😉 Cons - Once you reach here, you are one your own. You can ask owner, if any questions but no concierge to help you. We informed owner about Wi Fi not working in bedrooms, it was never fixed, however we managed with Wi Fi in living area.
Smashing apartment for a family of 5, we each had an en suite bedroom, lovely comfortable outdoor living space, lovely pool with plenty of sun beds for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place as a base for exploring the south west of the island and beyond
Public areas are nice (covered lounge, large pool). The bay is sheltered from the wind. Our winter stay was comfortably mild. But the complex feels geared to residents/second homes with no real guest services. Check-in was poor: security handed me keys and pointed to the door with no orientation to the apartment or facilities. On arrival, laundry and rags were drying around the garden. Our linens were left on an outdoor rack and we were told to keep them there until the next day. The sink drain later leaked and no help or apology was offered. Appliances are tired (oven element hanging, cooker-hood filter coming loose). The contact person didn’t reply to several messages or requests. The “Luxury” label feels misleading and this is better suited to long-term residents than holiday stays.
