The hotel made a very good impression. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and responsive, quickly addressing any requests. Breakfasts were tasty and varied. The hotel is conveniently located — close to cafes, shops, and public transport. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their excellent service during our stay. All team members were friendly, attentive, and professional. I especially want to highlight Mehdi Hassan — he was exceptionally polite, always ready to help, gave useful recommendations, and did everything to make us feel at home. # Lavender Hotel Sharjah Review I recently attended an iftar party at Lavender Hotel Sharjah and was thoroughly impressed. The establishment created a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfect for breaking fast during Ramadan. The food was exceptional—a delightful spread of traditional dishes prepared with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and genuinely hospitable, enhancing the overall experience with their courteous service. The venue itself was elegantly decorated, creating a peaceful ambiance for the evening meal. Lavender Hotel has clearly established itself as an excellent choice for iftar gatherings in Sharjah, combining culinary excellence with outstanding hospitality.

I have walked out of the hotel 2nd day which I booked on booking.com lavender hotel Sharjha UAE, I regret to say I have experience the most horrifying experience this morning when I found bed bugs ( huge ones ) in the bed and realised after few hours later my whole back and arm has been swollen and has allergies all over , I was in extreme agony and pain came back to hotel to leave a soon as possible, the issue is that they are not refunding my payment to go else where I was here for holiday. The staff was extremely un helpful and and they became very aggressive to me to leave without having to have the refund and apology for the mistake I’m middle of no where at the moment complete messed up my vacation… In addition to the bed bug issue, I found the hotel rooms to be extremely unclean. The establishment appears to have been built in 2008, and it seems that the carpets, mattresses, and all other furnishings have not been updated or properly cleaned since then. I was even given towels with holes in them, and the bathroom had a terrible odor due to an unmaintained drainage system. When I raised my concerns, they provided me with additional towels that were still in poor condition, including the hand towels. I was then moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was even worse, and I could immediately tell that the bed had bed bugs as well. I urge anyone considering a stay at this hotel to thoroughly inspect the rooms and beds before settling in. If you doubt my review, there are ways to bring bed bugs to the surface for inspection. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities within the UAE travel and tourism sector to ensure that my complaint is heard. I will also include photos of my allergic reaction as evidence.
