Lazuli Hotel Marsa Alam

Amazing resort, truly amazing, organised, and friendly staff (especially our room cleaner). Our room was clean with an amazing view. The location is in the desert so there is nothing much around it except for other resorts. However, with all the stuff this resort has to offer, it is guaranteed you will be greatly pleased. Definitely not my last time traveling here. With the experience I had with this resort, Egypt became my most favorite travel destination. If you are thinking about traveling to Marsa Alam, pick this resort as your place to stay.

We spent 11 amazing days at Lazuli Resort and were impressed by the high level of service, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel grounds are clean and well-maintained, food was tasty with good variety, and the beach is calm and peaceful – perfect for a quiet getaway. The entire staff deserves praise for their kindness and professionalism. A special thank you to Ahmed Khaled, who helped us with our luggage on the first and last day. His warmth, smile, and helpful attitude truly made us feel welcome and valued. This is the kind of hospitality that turns a good holiday into a great one. We can highly recommend Lazuli Resort and would love to return again in the future. Date of stay: July 2025

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly enjoy coming back. Most likely, I will return again in the future. The service, food, and overall atmosphere are always great. However, I would like to point out one small issue. At the beach bar, the beer is consistently served in very small plastic cups, and half of the cup is just foam. It would be much better if the staff served proper portions in slightly larger cups. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I will continue to recommend this hotel. I would also like to express my special thanks to Ashraf at the reception. He is very kind and welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Additionally, the restaurant staff — both waiters and chefs — are incredibly friendly and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their positive attitude really adds to the overall experience.
