Lazurnyij Bereg Hotel

We stayed from 18.07 to 25.07, everything was fine. The rooms were clean, there was a kettle, dishes, air conditioning, three towels per person, a dryer, chairs on the balcony. The food was simple, home-style, and there was a wide range of drinks. Tea, coffee, juices, compotes, etc. The champagne and wine were light, but tasty, and you didn't have a headache in the morning 😁. The staff was polite, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for the cleanliness and responsiveness. The area was well-kept. It's perfect for families with children 👌. The only downsides were the guests themselves, they filled their plates and threw them away, as if they hadn't eaten for a year. When will people start respecting themselves and not behaving like cattle? They don't look after the children, you can't relax in the pool because the children jump on your head. But this is not the hotel's fault, so 10 out of 10!!!

Compared to previous years, in 2025 the food has become a level worse. The cleaning of the territory is also terrible. There is no luggage delivery to the room, and you can’t drive up to it by car to unload. This is definitely not 4 stars.

This is not a hotel, this is just awful!!! Never heard of service here!!! In order. The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, with excellent animation for children. But this is only on the website((( alas, in fact, except for the slides in the pool, there is nothing to please them with. From the animation, only mafia, but getting there is a test, and it is not a fact that you will pass it. On the first day, there were simply not enough places for the child, because in a huge hotel, 12 buildings with 100 rooms, the animation is designed for 47 children))) having written a complaint about this, I was given the answer that in a day, when there will be mafia, my child will definitely be taken to the game, but as it turned out, it was a lie, because the animator refused the child, since the age category was 14+!!! I was waiting for a response from the management from 8 am, as promised when accepting the application, but no one contacted me. I went by myself, at lunchtime, but there was no one there, and in the end, they contacted me only closer to the evening, apparently so as not to return the payment and there was no way to leave there))) There is a children's room on the territory of the hotel, but it is paid))) if the child is alone, then the payment is simply hourly, if the child is under 4 years old, then only with you, or pay for a nanny, who in principle does not approach your child, because he naturally plays by himself. The staff is all so rude, ill-mannered, rude, who thinks that you owe them everything, and they are kings here!!! There is a playground, where you want to walk in the evening, it is cool big, but not lit at all))) Food and dining room is a separate art form of this "hotel". Noise, screaming, shouting, heat, queues for distribution, pasta and buckwheat from food, every day!!! Yes, and the coolest thing is that you will pour your own drinks, everywhere))) including at the pool. Pouring beer in this hotel is also a quest))) We have never heard of ice in this place. In short. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, I highly recommend not going here) This is just trash. I am still under the impression. And yes, they should visit 4 stars a couple of kilometers away and understand what service is. There are cool hotels in Anapa, but this is definitely not it. By the way, the pool is naturally overcrowded. It's like a paddling pool. In short. The only good thing here is the territory. Beautiful. Well-groomed. Everything else is total crap!!!
