The spa downstairs is a must! Fatima is a wonderfully professional and intuitive masseuse. We had such a lovely session we booked another for the next day. We had a small scheduling conflict and were able to change our second day appointment with easy communication and no fuss. I did both her deep massage and fascial treatments. She creates a wonderful atmosphere to relax and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to relax in Rabat.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and I am very happy with the my stay. There were some hotel renovations which I discovered when I arrived, however, I never noticed or heard any construction noises even though I saw the odd workman. The breakfast staff Yusuf, Meryem and Noura always received me with a soft warm authentic smile and served me with friendly and professional care. The desk staff were friendly too and never hassled me with Admin. They had a friendly and wonderful demeanour and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm currently staying at the hotel for 3 nights before stopping over at tangier, I was looking forward to the hotel with the raving feedback , after long flight I was looking to get some rest and found the shower was not working as it was blocked , I didnt let that affect me but with the noise which woke me up made this difficult getting any rest. The work getting done to the property was not made aware which was disappointing. The staff are helpful and go out of their way. I'm here for the next few days let's see how it goes.
