Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture

My husband and I stayed at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture in Hanoi for 3 days and have just returned home to New Zealand. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel as the location was great, the rooms lovely and the service and restaurant were very good. The staff were particularly good. They were very friendly and helpful and welcoming especially Chris. My husband had a medical event and Chris stepped up as translator at the local hospital close to the hotel. We can’t thank Chris enough as we wouldn’t have coped without him. He is very knowledgeable and really helped us in a stressful situation. We are very grateful for his help.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel in Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, well-located, and offers great service—but what truly made our experience exceptional was Chris, one of the staff members. Chris was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
