The rooms were so nice and very well put together. Decent space and lovely shower and bathroom!!! The spa facility was incredible, nicest place I’ve ever been to, only improvement would be the hot tub, it was not hot enough and needed more bubbles from the jets. The buffet was delicious for breakfast and dinner the night before was great! Highly recommend the Chicken Thighs and Fries! Although the fries could have been cooked a little more. The location is nice, security available outside always eager to help, there’s shops and a cash withdrawal place, all you really need, only reason I put 4 stars for location is because of the amount of people begging outside, this is solved a lot by how helpful the security was after some kids got too touchy. The staff were incredible, super kind, gave us a HDMI chord to watch TV from a laptop on the TV. They even opened the spa early for me at 6am. Always greeted with friendliness and joy. Overall incredible place, lovely staff super friendly.
Lalaina and the team were brilliant! It’s mg second time to stay here. The service, suggestions for activities wee on point 24 hour. I was really taken care of and the team including Ranto and Herry and Duca are exceptionall. Food was 5 star- the steak with the fois grois- wow! I will return!
I have stayed here multiple times over the last 3 years. The location is great with many good restaurants and a supermarket nearby but be prepared for people waiting for you outside. Most of the hotel staff are kind and attentive. One of the women at the reception (over the years) can be a bit rude and disgruntled. The lobby and security staff are always helpful. The rooms vary. I have stayed in nice clean rooms and rooms without proper shower heads or windows that fully close. The “included” breakfast is very over priced. There is street noise in the rooms, often construction and not many options beyond the restaurant to sit in the lobby. The pool area is nice, if you can make it before the closing at 9. 4 stars because I cannot give 3,5
