Great place to stay if you want to get away from it all.We stayed in June and had the place to ourselves so recommended if you want privacy.I thank the staff for putting up with me forgetting my room card on numerous occasions. Good professional massages.Will book again.
Stayed in Villa beach View !!! MUSIC LOUD TIL 11:30pm every night. Nothing close to be relaxing. Room is correct and view is amazing but cleaning is extremely poor. One day cleaning person left her clothes in bathroom + towels extremely dirty (this everyday of our stays). Bin is not remove everyday as well. For the price, location, property I overall Do Not recommend this place. Management doesn’t seems to care.
We were disappointed. the resort was empty, which is not hotels fault. Staff seemed very reluctant to speak to us. Pool looked great but bottom was not clean, such a massive pool with one man trying to keep clean with a couple of hours in the morning. no guests around but no service either, no one was interested. food was not great, deep fried, dry. long way from town and no shuttle service, so $50 return for tuk tuk every time we went to town. we left early and Management didn't care. beautiful property but poorly managed.
