Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort Thailand

I had a great experience at this spa. My therapist, May, was incredibly skilled – her massage was both relaxing and effective. She was very polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The spa is clean, peaceful, and very affordable. The treatment room was spotless and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. I also love that they offer weekday promotions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service at a great price!

This hotel offers a real natural environment. I really enjoyed it. The beautiful views from my river/swimming pool area which was (river) close to breaching with the staff on hand to combat with sand bags. Admirable. I like it due to its serenity and calm and at one with the environment. I liked it. You need a taxi for centre CR. Good restaurants nearby though.

Nice spacious rooms. We had two interconnecting rooms which provided space and privacy. Good check in experience, professional staff. River view was spectacular. Nothing to do outside of the resort, and even grabbing a coffee / cold drink is difficult. We ordered some cold drinks at the bar (Thai tea, matcha latte etc. and they were all below parr for a 5* resort). We found an icecream place nearby that offered drinks for the fraction of the price and superior quality so that was helpful. Room service food / service did not meet expectations either - we ordered 5 meals, all arrived promptly but not on a wheely dinner table so we we ended up eating on the bed. No free water or warm breads as we have come to expect from other 5* establishments. Pool was lovely and large, with a welcoming feel. Overall, a good stay but definitely areas for improvement.
