The location of the accommodation is very good. A few minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation itself was fine, everything was clean. There was a small fridge, air conditioning and towels. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. We had forgotten our headphones at the accommodation and the owner was helpful and sent them to us by shipping service to the Czech Republic. I recommend this accommodation!

This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean. The room is exceptionally close to the train station (Cinque Terre) but without being noisy. It is only a short walk to the city centre and restaurants etc. Ciro, the owner was very helpful and is an absolute gentleman.

Highly not recommended. Horrible object and owner with absolutely boorish behavior. For the first time in over 10 years I want to warn against the mistake of booking this property. I booked it on the basis of proximity to the train station. 1.The condition of the facility does not match the description and photos 2.There is a locked glass door to an unknown room, in which you can hear everything. You have to be prepared for the feeling of living with some other family 3.The room is humid at ground level, converted from a garage. Only thin frosted glass separates it from the street. The feeling of safety for the family and soundproofing is nil. Sleeping as if in a tent under a bridge in an unsafe neighborhood 5.Upon arrival I just drew the attention of the owner that the number and type of beds do not correspond to the description in the booking confirmation, he got hysterical and became rude. Shouted that I should leave immediately, but after paying him the full amount. The fact that I came with children, including a small child, he was not embarrassed, shouted that it was not his problem. Then he started haggling and offered to pay him 50%. I had to explain to him in his own style that it doesn't work that way in life. I was ready to call the police 6.Payment was cash. I paid the full amount after the owner brought a paper receipt for payment. He felt it was important to inform me again that he wished he had never seen me again in the future. Very strange behavior considering the circumstances 7.The next morning I received a notification from the booking company that they had been notified by the owner of the property that I had not checked in and my card would be charged. Which is obviously a complete lie. Why he did this is a mystery as there is a receipt of payment, correspondence, photos 8.I don’t recommend renting a parking space at this property. There is a covered parking right next to the train station
