The staff was delightful, especially a young lady who helped my son find great things to eat at breakfast. There was a little bump in my reservation, but the staff quickly upgraded my accommodations and made me feel welcome. The rooms are nicely appointed. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar are cozy and scenic. Very nice hotel at a reasonable price.
There's only one elevator and it moves pretty slow but othwr than that it was a great stay. The staff is really nice. Breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean. The pool looks like it does in the pictures. I'd recommend this place with confidence to a friend.
Very bad hotel. Decent rooms, but they are pretty dark and a/c is not the best. The door lock has annoying alarm that does not work properly. The safe in the room was not working and had no batteries when we checked in. Bathrooms could be much cleaner. Wifi is slow. Breakfast service is awful, there is basically no food the coffee is bad. The place is 2 star at most.
