2 people deserve major thank yous. Thomas a waiter in the restaurant had our meals memorized, worked very hard on his English and went above and beyond. Julien also was incredible as a source for information and sd a front office manager. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. Only negative would be a better menu selection would be nice as the hotel is fairly “alone” when it comes to dinner options. Rooms beautiful, natural pool was walking distance and snorkel it, and great little community.

I had one of the best massages ever from the masseuse at the Deep Nature spa ! Highly recommended. We have been caught up here during a state of emergency in New Caledonia and the staff have been incredible and supportive! The catering staff have been brilliant in accommodating our dietary requirements and all the staff are so friendly and hospitable

Avoid it, it's terrible! Twice they cancelled my booking, forcing me to change my travel plans. All I would have needed was 400 USD , but I was told the hotel was in bankruptcy protection! They are unable to pay. I wrote to the Marriott customer service (as Le Meridien is run by Marrott , where " the guest comes first". Mariott made promises , then nothing , now they don't even reply I was turned down. Shocking the world's leading brand and so unreliable. Don't go here, the nature is spectacular but the climate is extremely bad , it is usually cold and rains a lot, oh and I have just been informed there is a good chance of yellow black deadly poisonous sea snakes! I have also called Le Meridienne and Marriott to their attention, if the hotel is not open they post a temporary closure so that the traveller does not plan unnecessarily, they were unable to do this either.
