Clean, safe, comfortable. Friendly staff. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby. Walk to botanical gardens. Very comfy beds. The spa is lovely; steam room, sauna, and I had a great massage. $90 for 90 minutes. The fitness room is big and clean with lots of good machines!! Also they have a great buffet breakfast. $20
It was located in great location and nearby all shops but a few things you might consider if you are looking for relaxed stay. First of all, its noisy with music until 2 am therefore you might not be able to sleep. Second thing, cars and surrounding noises would impact your sleeping journey which means insulation of the room is very week. Other stuff were good and I have not faced any problem. I had in room dining and ordered beef Philly but it was not tasty and the beef was not well cocked. Staff were very friendly especially those at the reception.
The hotel itself is lovely and the staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious with a fabulous city view. Hi However, there was dirt under the bed and a used q tip. AC didn't work so we left the window open which made our 10th floor room noisy from street traffic. We also had issues with wifi.
