I recently enjoyed a wonderful hotel stay! The rooms were very nice and clean, offering both comfort and style. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional, making me feel well cared for throughout my visit. While the surrounding area wasn't quite as impressive, it didn't detract too much from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its accommodations and hospitality.

I have always been fond of this hotel and have come here a number of times for lunch or coffee meetings. Most recently, I attended the June Sunday bottomless brunch and I won a massage voucher to use at the spa. The week following the brunch, I booked an appointment to receive my massage and the girls at reception were lovely and attentive to help me with my booking. But the masseuse whom I was assigned to was so rude to me and I don't understand why. My booking was a massage for 2 people and I communicated to the masseuse that I wanted to wait for my friend to arrive before beginning, as it was supposed to be a shared experience between friends and me going first without her would ruin that. But she insisted I go first alone, whilst waiting for my friend and I told her I didn't want to do that. This information seemed to really bother her and I received so much attitude and she told me to sit back down, as if I was a school kid and then proceeded to leave the reception area in such a bad mood. I then found out there were only 2 masseuses at the spa, so I decided to not use my massage voucher because I didn't feel comfortable around that masseuse and I knew either me or my friend would be assigned to her since there were 2 of us and 2 of them. She ruined the vibe with her attitude and I probably wouldn't want to use the spa if she is who I'd have to get treatments from in future.

I'm disappointed to say that my experience at this establishment has taken a hit due to the manager's behavior. Unfortunately, she's been consistently rude to both staff and customers, including me and my friends. The service, which was once a highlight, has become a source of stress. The manager's attitude has made me hesitant to visit as frequently as I used to. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues and improve the overall experience for customers and staff alike.
