Le Porte Blu

La Porte Blu is truly a gem in the heart of Trieste. The apartment is beautifully designed with great attention to detail—modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including thoughtful touches like a Prosecco in the fridge to celebrate our wedding. The interior is stylish and well thought out, blending charm and functionality with some unique features that give it real character. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us and our Italian greyhound. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center, making it easy to explore this vibrant and fascinating city. While there’s no dedicated parking and nearby options can be pricey, the overall experience more than made up for it. What truly sets La Porte Blu apart is the host, Gianpaolo. From the warm, personal welcome to the fantastic recommendations for restaurants and local gems, he went above and beyond to make our stay special. His passion for Trieste shines through in every interaction, and thanks to his tips, we experienced the city in a much more meaningful way. A couple of small suggestions: a spot near the sink for drying dishes and a bottle of cleaning spray would be useful, especially since there’s no daily housekeeping. Great apartment, great location, great city.. The apartment is exceptionally clean, modernly equipped, everything is brand new. Services are at high quality standard, Angelo is an exceptional guide and a great ambassador for Trieste and Italy in general. We will definatelly return to La Porte Blu in the future.

Very convenient to the center of town, comfortable beds.
