Le Royal Tower Hotel

A very descent hotel in the heart of Kuwait city and I always stay here. Great accessibility to restaurants, shopping center, taxi's. The staff's are courteous and always shows great hospitality. The rooms are pretty nice and well maintained. They have good breakfast buffet with quite a lot of varieties. The only issue what i have noticed is that the internet is too slow between 6-9pm since more users are connected. I don't give them a 5 just because of this issue.

Decent room and bathroom. Average breakfast. Very dark and dinghy lobby. Needs to be better lit. Right next to Four Point Sheraton and Sheraton properties. Friendly staff. Cheaper than Sheraton properties. Good housekeeping. Clean rooms.

We did not know that you had to be married in order to share a room with your partner. Because our surnames were different when checking in we were asked for a copy of our marriage certificate which we obviously did not have. We then had to pay for another room as we were not permitted to stay together. The guy asked us if this was okay but we didn't really have a choice. Other than that the hotel is quite beautiful from the lobby, to the restaurant, to the rooms. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly. The beds were amazingly comfortable & there water pressure in the shower was great.
