Le Theatre Hotel

This is the perfect base for a city break in Maastricht. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how central the location is. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. The only tiny complaint was the water pressure on the shower could be stronger, but overall I would definitely stay here again if I return to Maastricht!

These guys are true stars! I forgot my suitcase at the hotel while rushing to the train. Realised this when I was almost at the airport.... They helped me with a courier and shipping to get it back to UK. Super friendly and helpful and perfect customer service. Will definitely stay again and recommend any one that's going to beautiful Maastricht

Completely inconvenient for the reasons of (a) no reception and idiotic QR access that just doesn’t work properly, so i and another guests had to struggle with entrance door for 15 min trying to open it with louzy piece of paper called “the key”, but literally small piece of paper with QR not working (b) no bar (lobby bar closes very early, no chances to get a drink (c) no “do not disturb signs or “make my room”, so we had a harsh knock at the door in the morning, with a lady asking “do you need cleaning at all?”, i asked to come back in an hour, but apparently none did… (d) no slippers and bathrobes in the room. Honestly, i expected higher level of service from the hotel. It’s more like a hostel level of service. I’m just now thinking what if i’ve lost this piece of paper with QR? Which is supposed to open the door?? I should have slept in the street? It is scandalous, there’s none there at 11 pm to open the door ..
