Perfect, I couldn't wish for more. Very friendly staff, a top notch room and great service. We needed a second hair dryer so we went to the reception even late in the night and staff helped us immediately. When we checked out, staff offered to hold onto our luggage so we could enjoy another day in Maastricht - we didn't even have to ask! They really go the extra mile to make sure you have the most comfortable accommodation and can truly enjoy your holiday. Reasonable prices. I paid a little extra for a better room and I think it was worth it. I could not wish for more. And of course it is a perfect location being a stone's throw from the train station, especially if you plan to travel by train.

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and spotless, nice touch with the coffee machine, bottled watter and a fridge. We stayed Sunday to Friday and room was cleaned on the 3rd day. We did have an issue with our safe, 5 minutes after speaking to someone and the maintenance guy was in and fixed it. Loads of places round about to eat too. We will return.

If you want an extra special stay, speak to Sophie at reception – she’s a breath of fresh air, endlessly helpful, and always positive. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, and there was even a radio in the WC (nostalgic Japanese vibes!). Did I already mention how nice Sophie from the reception desk is?
