Absolutely Exceptional – Deserves 5 Stars! I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste. The staff were fantastic, especially the team at the front reception desk—warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. My room exceeded expectations, especially when compared to typical UK hotel standards. It was spacious, super clean, and modern, making my stay incredibly comfortable. In my opinion, this hotel deserves more than 4 stars – it easily feels like a 5-star experience. Everything from the service to the cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed & bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was included, the choice was extensive...very tasty and set me up for the day. My final note is to an amazing member of staff called Andrea, she was extremely helpful in so many ways! Thankyou, once again. all the other staff members I interacted with had superb guest service skills. I would love to visit the hotel again one day.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Staff were patient and caring. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is very close to many amenities as well as easy to get to from the train station. The buffet breakfast was excellent and very good value. I would stay here again, without question, next time I visit Bristol.
