What a lovely hotel! I stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it from the Moment I stepped foot in the hotel! Staff were lovely especially Max the Receptionist who was very professional and suggested all the best spots that should be visited in the city. I am definitely looking forward to be staying at your hotel next time I visit Israel 😄
Great Location, Excellent Service, but Rooms Need Some Refreshing The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around the city very convenient. While the building and rooms do feel a bit outdated and slightly neglected, the overall experience was very positive thanks to the attentive and professional staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the events manager, who did a fantastic job organizing the Passover Seder and Shabbat meals — everything was well-planned, meaningful, and enjoyable. If the rooms were updated a bit, this hotel would be an even better choice. Still, we had a great time and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
Why do u reply in Hebrew when I write in English? I don’t understand your response in Hebrew. Can u make an effort to accept different languages on your reply? It’s not productive or consumer friendly. Bad leadership and worse management.
