Thank you Leonardo Hotel for your amazing service and fantastic hospitality! From the moment we walked in through the door, the reception and management took care of us like VIPs. Our time was so Memorable. Even the room cleaning staff were very courteous and kind. Smilie faces and a happy atmosphere. I really recommend staying here, exceptional value 👌. Hope to be back in the near future to enjoy your Lovely Hotel once again. Thank you Team Leonardo!

We arrived very late at night, the receptionist didn't know English, so at first he thought that we want to reserve a room right then and there and he told us we can't. But we managed to communicate and he realized that we already reserved a room online. He showed us a room that we could have - the whole floor reeked from cigarettes (I thought you're not allowed to smoke in hotels...) the room size was nice but it smelled a bit and the couch looked like from before world war one. The hot water kettle still had water in it. We put down our bags and he said he had to check if the room is available. Turns out that someone had booked the room from the next morning so it wasn't possible to stay in that room. We took out our packages and waited in the lobby again for a room. After around fifteen minutes (the wait for the first room was also around fifteen minutes) the receptionist took us to a smaller room on a lower floor. That floor smelled horrendous. The room smelled, there were hairs on the beds. The room was dusty and let's NOT get started on the cleanliness of the bathroom. Attached is a pic of the floor stains which after taking a shower and it flooding the whole bathroom floor it was gone. That means that the floor just simply wasn't cleaned, gross! The walls were stained, the towels yellowed and the shower head rusty. The bathroom had a very bad odor. The top of the TV was dusty. The couch was ancient, worn and dirty. I was disgusted to touch any surface in the room. We heard every car passing and people shouting in other rooms. We heard when people on other rooms flushed, took a shower, or used the sink. And in the morning I heard loud banging and someone tried opening our door! Turns out it was room service (we forgot to hang up the "do not disturb" sign) It was very startling, especially in middle of sleeping. All in all quite a bad experience, this hotel needs to up their game. The only good thing was the view of the kineret from the floor to ceiling windows. They have beautiful pictures of their rooms - but I can say that they're obviously photo-shopped after seeing it in real life.

I'm super unimpressed. Every Leonardo in the world is pet friendly. However this hotel kicked me out and would not let me return with my puppy. Most staff was happy to see the cute puppy. Even wanted to hold her. However one employee made sure I left and told security not to let me in with the puppy. You should be ashamed of yourselfs This is a country full of dogs. I will never return here until the policy is changed. If you look online the Leonardo hotels are proud of the fact they host dogs. However this hotel is very not friendly to pets.
