Leonardo Plaza Ashdod

The team was nice and friendly The location is great! Really loved the see view from the room. The room was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed staying there.

The Hotel is a good Hotel at the south end of Ashdod. The Lobby and outside Looks good. Despite the fact of some Graffiti Tags in the building. The rooms are pretty worn Out. Flooring needs to be replaced, Most Touch Up paintings are really sloppy. Nighttime firealarms without reasons are frequent and Common on Several floors. The rooms cannot be heated. I was freezing when sleeping. The Business Lounge in 12th floor is closed and No replacement is provided. The breakfast is very good, Coffee is served with a Batista and selection and quality of the good is excellent. Staff is friendly and mostly helpful. I Hope the Hotel will be renovated soon because the high cost for a room do Not reflect the quality i expect. Over all i enjoyed the stay in the beach area.

We came to Leonardo Ashdod to seek safety from the war in Tel Aviv. Every time I go to the bunker downstairs — the only secure room without mirrors or glass — a staff member or even the hotel manager tells me to leave because it’s “their changing room.” This is the only room that feels remotely safe in case of an attack. All the others are filled with mirrors and glass that could shatter dangerously if the hotel is hit. I’m here with a 2-week-old baby, and yet we’re met with zero empathy or understanding. In times like these, I expected basic human decency and consideration, especially from a hotel that claims to host families during wartime.
