Perfect location for families. Food is very good compared to other hotels in Fattal's network
The staff are pleasant but the building itself is not what I expected to be paying for. Cleaning staff did not attend our room for four days. Location on the beach but a 20-minute drive away from downtown Haifa. No hotel parking (public parking only). I checked in to a room with puddles in the bathroom. Immediately requested maintenance, who couldn't fix the issue, so they kindly changed my room. The AC broke in our second room, but maintainence was able to fix the issue nearly 5 hours after we requested assistance. It is what it is, just disappointing experience for the price of a room. Great views from the room. Staff was kind, at least this.
Terrible hotel! 0 maintenance!!! As soon as you enter the parking lot, you can tell how badly the hotel is managed. The restaurants area is neglected, sewage is flowing, and there’s garbage everywhere. This hotel is truly an environmental hazard!!!
