+ The staff was very friendly. + The room was spacious and clean. + Great breakfast for my family, even with a baby we had lots of options. + The windows blackout were really good and made the room dark to sleep. + The bathroom is great, strong water pressure. + Extremely fast internet, one of the best I have seen in hotels. - The pillows and mattress could be better, both are too soft for my taste. I could not finish the check in online, I got an error ("fill postal code") repeatedly, even with all fields fully filled.
Excellent hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.amazing selections including lots of vegetarian options.Dinner at restaurant also very good. Friendly staff. Good value. Location a little remote but not too bad to get to the center on public transportation.
“Clean and friendly staff, but serious transport issues – think twice!” The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are extremely kind and attentive. However, the main reason I – and I’m sure many others – chose this hotel was its proximity to the metro station, supposedly making it easy to reach the city center in just 10–15 minutes. 🚇 But the metro is not working – and won’t be for another 6 weeks! Unfortunately, this crucial information was not mentioned during the booking process or at check-in. The metro station next to the hotel is closed for renovations and is expected to stay that way for at least 6 more weeks. Currently, getting to the city center involves: • Taking a bus that comes every 20 minutes and riding it for about 15–20 minutes, • Then transferring to another metro line and riding another 15–20 minutes. This turns a short ride into a frustrating and time-consuming journey. If you’re on a tight schedule, this can really eat into your day — and the extra transportation costs add up quickly, making the stay much less affordable than expected. 🛒 Nothing nearby The area around the hotel is quiet, but there are no shops, no restaurants, and really nothing within walking distance. Getting a simple meal or daily necessities becomes a hassle. ♿ Misleading for guests with disabilities It was especially upsetting to see a few guests with disabilities at check-in. It’s likely they also booked this place assuming the metro access would make their stay easier. Sadly, that’s not the case at the moment. 🔚 In short Unless you’re okay with spending a lot of time and money on transportation each day, I strongly advise against booking this hotel in the next 5–6 weeks. The metro closure significantly affects convenience and overall experience.
