Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca

Family holiday, first time to Majorca and we had an absolutely amazing time, from start to finish the staff were super friendly and welcoming, hotel was super clean and well maintained from our rooms to all the facilities. The food was excellent, lots of choices evedyday, something for all the family, two young children with us 7 & 13 and they were always happy with the selections on offer. A big thank you to All the team working very hard to make guest feel great and a special thank you to Santiago and team, we will be coming back.

This hotel was great value for money. My family and I booked half board (breakfast & dinner) and the food was fantastic everyday. Santiago in particular made us laugh and feel at home every morning and evening. The room and balcony/patio was spacious, beds comfortable, and bathroom was nice and clean. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk from multiple beaches, bars, restaurants, the strip, supermarkets and more. The only thing I would say is that it would have been better if they gave us fresh towels more often.

⭐ 2/5 I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Although it’s advertised as a 4-star property, the overall experience didn’t meet that standard. The hotel is right next to the wild party scene of Magaluf, which attracts large groups of young partygoers. If you’re looking for a quiet or relaxing stay, this is not the place. The food and drinks were very poor in quality. Despite having an all-inclusive package for the week, we ended up eating most of our meals elsewhere. Definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. On a positive note, the location has beautiful sea views, and the pool area looks nice at first glance. However, it wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewage smell when we arrived, and we had to request a room change. Overall, this hotel might suit partygoers looking to be close to the nightlife, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, quality, or a peaceful holiday.
