Les Suites Grandee

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It‘s really pleasant. The room is very sound proof hence it’s quiet. The staffs clean my room daily. The staffs at receptions are exceptionally helpful and kind. The hotel location is convenient to the central spot of Taipei. I would definitely book here again next time.

The staff here are so friendly and amazing! The breakfast was also phenomenal. It is in a great location from the train and a nice walkable neighborhood. However, it smells very moldy when you come out of the elevator (probably because of the humidity and old carpet). Our room was NOT very clean, and looking at the rest of the hotel it was quite rundown. There were stains on our room carpet everywhere, and the shower and bathroom had mold EVERYWHERE. I think because our room had the smaller window it prevented the heat and steam from escaping, but there should not be black on the tiles and shower curtain. I would shower as quickly as possible everytime. There were also a lot of stains on the wall. Luckily the sheets and towels were clean. I think if the hotel staff were not so great, I would have changed hotels because of how run down the room was.
