We stayed at this hotel from 06/03/25 to 06/11/25, lived in small houses, but used everything on the Movenpick hotel grounds. The houses have very good maids, friendly, cleaning every day, everything is tidied up and everything necessary is supplemented. There were ants in the hallway and in the toilet in the house, we told the maids about it, we also sprayed the product, it became much better. The food is 5 with a minus, tasty, but monotonous, we stayed at other hotels of the chain in past years - there was more choice and fewer repeating dishes, perhaps the situation with the sea affects that the hotel is less occupied and therefore savings. For example, in September 2024 in Gorod Mira they poured juice from packages at the bar, in Movenpick juice only in the restaurant (in the common room), at the bar - soda (cola, fanta, sprite, etc.). But overall everything is great. For those who are worried about the sea, while we were there the sea was clean, everyone who wants to swim can do so. I definitely want to come back to this chain of hotels.

Всем поварам и работникам ресторана низкий поклон! - территория - ухоженная, чистая, зеленая - возможность посещения территории Movenpick - свой пляж и возможность перекусить - в целом персонал - приветливый, желающий помочь в любой ситуации На что обратить внимание: - не сразу смогли понять где парковка, отдельно договаривались чтобы поставить авто у Movenpick - в ресторане бывало сложно найти хороший столик на пять человек - точно не хватает зонтиков у бассейна - первые дни был очень теплый бассейн (видимо потом обогрев отключили) - большие очереди за алкогольными напитками на пляже (как вариант раздавать мороженое/квас/пиво в разных местах - работники явно там мешают друг другу и создается хаос)

There is not much choice, but everything is delicious, the children's menu is good and the presence of a blender +. It seems to me that the advantages end there. The staff is terrible, everyone has dissatisfied faces. There are always no dishes until you ask for food - no one is in a hurry. The tables are terribly small, families with 2 children had to sit at different tables. There are no disposable bibs for children, in comparison with Turkey, where they set a table for children right away, this is a direct minus, taking into account the fact that Türkiye is 2 times cheaper per day! Our child soiled our bed linen and no one changed it. Robes too. The beach is terribly dirty, full of algae, no one cleans it. The hotel positions itself as ultra all inclusive, but this is complete nonsense! At night there is no snack or water. We bought water for a child for 250 rubles, well, that’s about it, to be honest. Because they brought water to the room once and filled it up, there is no bar in the room like in normal hotels. Honestly, for 35 k per day, you get the service as if for 15 k. On the beach, again, a free bar was made God knows where, but a paid one is right there, where the boor works! In a word, I have no more desire to come to you))
