Great hotel in a very good part of the city. Close to everything. The rooms are very nice, amenities excellent. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to accomodate you where possible. Highly recommend the spa; steam room is the best. One of the best places to stay in Lviv.

The workers are multilingual, the music is good and the food is wonderful! The spa and fitness center are on point. They do run out of food often though. The Wi-Fi has strong signal, the workers are very warm and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the temperature setting is very ideal. There are various TV stations in different languages. The pool offers different swimming amenities along with multiple life guards. In general, the hotel visit was a pleasant experience. I would like to visit again. The hotel location isn't that obvious as I had been living around that area for over 4 years and didn't even know about them.

9.12.2023 +very comfy bed,spotless clean room(and big respect for room maids as for the design of rooms its a rather gigantic work!),separate parking(if you catch one of the maybe 5 places in the yard),very good breakfast -often design beats function in the rooms, rather uninspired service in restaurant,rather poor soundisolation and-ITS NOT A SPA-HOTEL! Pools and Spa are co-used with sportcenter....in 3 days not any chance to use pool,not at 7a.m.,not at afternoon,not at evening,cause perpetually used by groups of children/sportclub with shouting trainers like at army,jakuzee perpetually occupied and even no place in rest room...and 2 saunas and one steam bath are simply too less for 30 guests at the same time. 26.2.2024 booking.com paid for the not provided services of the hotel - by that - case closed,thanks for the experience and best luck for hotels future.
