Liberté Hôtel Oran

I visited the hotel’s terrace to watch a soccer game, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was good, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—you can see the entire city from up there! It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a game, and take in the scenery. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Express Liberty, was told that only the rooms were smaller from the main Liberty Hotel. Not worth the money paid for, comes with small room, bathroom and shower run down and not clean. The service was a bit below standard, I stayed for another night, the receptionist said she would unlock my key automatically, but when I got back it was still locked, this caused inconvenience to come down from 4th floor when tired... Also staff helped me to order food, but this was a rip off from the delivery guy under their watch. I got charged 100 DA per night extra for no reason. Staff were nice though. Breakfast was very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and accidentally left behind a valuable item in my room. As soon as I realized, I called them, expecting a simple "Yes, we found it!" Instead, I got the classic runaround—different answers from different staff, empty promises to "check and call back," and zero follow-through. After multiple calls, it became clear they either didn’t care or someone had already decided my item was their souvenir. No accountability, no effort, just shrugging and excuses. A hotel that won’t even return a guest’s forgotten belongings is not one I’d ever trust again. If you value honesty and professionalism, stay somewhere else!
