Comfortable and affordable rooms and service with a great breakfast

I have been several times in the past to this hotel. My last time was in 2018 and the experience overall has declined. Breakfast used to be included and now it's not and is kind of pricey (I passed). No phone system, there is a WhatsApp to get in touch with front desk but they take long to answer it. Room cleaning personnel starts knocking on doors at 8 am, they said to me it was because they finish up by 2 and they won't do my room after that. Internet is mediocre at best, really spotty service across the rooms and common hotel areas. Pool chairs and outside furniture were uncomfortable, old and coming apart. Pool lights were detached from their sockets and floating (shock hazard?). The nice waterfall didn't work anymore. No safe in room but it was brought somewhere along my third day. Despite these negative aspects of the hotel,it is still your best option in Barquisimeto. Rooms are clean and linens are in good shape. AC works great. Great shower pressure and hot water. Personnel are warm and welcoming. It connects to the mall and that gives you plenty options to eat and restock on snacks. Also lots of places to eat nearby. Pro tip: choose a room on the western side of the building (away from the street). I would stay again

Comming down .... no inteenet at rooms breakfast was better in the pass .. maybe Vzla. Situation made that hotel was poor .. but exxellent and secure location
