The facilities, accommodations, and personnel are truly exceptional! It's hard to express just how remarkable this place is. We made a last-minute reservation after our original booking fell through, and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made! From the attentive concierge to the lively DJ by the pool, every aspect—from the wait staff to the delicious food and drinks, as well as room service—was absolutely outstanding! My family and I are absolutely planning to return!
The hotel is amazing. Food, services, clean room, staff willing to help, beautiful beach and swimming pool. The lunch is a fast food at the beach bar. But I recommend the Wave salad. It is delicious. Not meet, but you can ask for the Angus hamburger, so you get the meet inside. I had a great time on my week vacation. Just be careful with your stuff. As soon as I entered my room, I put my passport inside the security box, I entered my code and I close it. When I got out to take my first meal, I saw a guy coming but when he saw me, he turned around going back to the place he was coming from. He had a hat. He was suspicious for me. When I came back, maybe 20min after, the security box was opened. My passport was there, but I don’t know what went on in there. I closed again. I lost my pants belt. I didn’t claimed, because I wasn’t sure if I left it in the other room they put me in first. But if someone found it, they should know it was mine. Never heard about and I didn’t bother to ask. It wasn’t a big value anyway. About the security box, I still was doubting. But, just be careful. Keep your passport with you all the time.
I would say that the hotel is your run-of-a-mill all-Inclusive resort. One downfall was the fact that they only offered buffet dinners, however, the cost to stay here wasn't overly expensive whereby we justified going out for three dinners during the week that ultimately replaced the lack of a la carte restaurants on site. Another downfall was the amount of waste with single use plastics for all drinks and even lunch at the Waves bar was served entirely in throw away plastic containers. Luckily we had our refillable Yeti mugs but no one else did. I assume it's cost savings for the resort but it's very troubling to see everything thrown in the trash. The beach is perfect...maybe the best beach I've ever been to and I've been all over the world. The sand is so soft and not scorching hot during the day so it's easy to walk on in bare feet. It is regularly cleaned up of the seaweed that washes ashore. The staff were fantastic and super nice. I would recommend going for a low-key vacation.
