We loved our stay here. It was still pretty chilly for swimming in the plunge pool, but I did anyway. The rooms were amazing! Two glass floors showed crabs and fish swimming beneath us. The balcony had both a swing and a hammock. We had an unusual amount of rain while there in January, but it was still lovely! Near the lobby of a restaurant that is fabulous. On the other side through the lobby is a pool and semi-private walk out beach with kayaks, games, and a gazebo. Laundry service is available and inexpensive. It really is a beautiful place to stay while on the island, and the price was perfect. Be sure to rent a golf cart!

Had a second floor room overlooking the water. Great view. Room Had a water cooler, which was very convenient for refilling water bottles. David is the man. He was extremely helpful during my stay. They provide pickup/drop off from airport/ferry terminal. The pool area has a bar. The Mayan was steps away and definitely worth checking out if you want good food. Housekeeping was on point. The bartender Antonio is super chill and has a great playlist of music. If you don't like walking much, rent a golf cart. The hotel is a bit of a walk from other areas of interest. Can't say enough about the staff, everyone is friendly and made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you visit San Pedro.

I was offered a free room upgrade, which really made my stay wonderful and a bonus to have a kitchen area, as without a golf cart, you have a walk to the gate. Located out of town over the water. My bungalow faced mangroves and had plenty of bird life. I was able to arrange a bicycle hire, which meant the main area wasn't far. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was available all day (at the bar or restaurant onsite) and the bungalow had drinking water and coffee provided. Enjoyed watching the fish through the glass floor. Only thing missing for me was a place to put items next to the bed, but I just used an upside bin.
