Little National Hotel Newcastle

Just had my second stay at this fabulous hotel. I honestly just love everything about it. The lobby smells so good! Staff are friendly. Rooms are very clean. Super comfy bed. Block out blind is excellent (woke up at 9am and thought it was the middle of the night). Amenities are great!! Big shower, lovely lighting, everything is automated. The plush dressing gown and slippers are a lovely touch. Discovered this time, the Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, music in the shower was such a vibe. The library area is really beautiful and I love the coffee station and sparkling water on tap, cold water stations on each floor. Short walk to the venue i was visiting. Lovely view of the bay from my room. I'll definitely be back again!

We had a great stay at Little National. I was a bit worried the room would feel small (I usually like a bit of space), but it was so well designed that it really didn’t matter. The tech in the room was impressive, and everything just made sense. Loved the vibe in the lobby, the scent throughout the hotel, and even the music in the lift. Staff were lovely too. Bed and pillows were super comfy, and I actually slept better than usual – which is rare for me. Parking could be a bit tricky if you’re not up for stairs, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived late one evening after a very long day of work, without a reservation, and were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism by the reception team. They quickly found us rooms and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The rooms were beautifully appointed and perfectly warm—exactly what we needed after hours in the rain. The comfort and quiet of the hotel were exceptional. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight, with friendly and engaging staff and a great selection in a relaxed setting. From check-in to check-out, the service was faultless. A genuinely impressive hotel with a team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back.
