Loved this place. The staff were phenomenal and pleasant. They offer free breakfast. Facilities are clean, beds soft, and best of all was the location. Accessible to everything

Decent family oriented hotel. Great pool area, beautiful gardens around the pool. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast is a brilliant and changing daily menu. It's good value. We booked a single suite with a joining room. The room was beautiful, cleaned, and well presented. However, there was a smell. It was tracked back to the aircond. The smell would cycle through. It wasn't constant but noticeable. Think dead mouse 🐁. We advised the reception, and they acted quickly, almost routine quickly. A towel was removed from the vent ducting in the room, photos taken of the wet wall at the controller of aircond, and a scent bag hung in the ventilation ducting to assist the smell So we got a dead mouse masked with a special scent bag. No mouse was found, just a description of the smell. The hotel needs to do better. This was just 1 room, so it's not an example of the whole hotel. Easy walk or baht bus to Terminal 21.
