London Boutique Hotel

I stayed at London Boutique Hotel and had a truly lovely experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and elegant. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. But what really made my stay special was the incredible service from Anna-Maria at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to helpful local tips, she made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and attentive — she’s a true gem of the hotel. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

I stayed at the London Boutique Hotel in Chisinau and everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I had no issues during my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Hotel room is more 3 stars than 4 stars, the bed and towels are clean but the rooms are abit run down (see photos). Shower is a strange shape so difficult to bend down and the shower head shand doesnt bend so very annoying to use No complimentary drinking water is available which is very strange Ive seen other comments where the guests complained that hotels card machine “doesnt work” and i have to go to the ATM to withdraw cash which was a nuisance as it was cold outside I tried going to the lobby in the morning to buy water at the bar but nobody was there Staff are friendly Location is okay as there is a small mall about 5 mins walk
