Love all the things about this hotel! Actually, it’s the most satisfying places we stay when we’re in Taipei. Near MRT Stations, near a park, not so busy area. Clean and very spacious room! Staffs are great, they even upgrade our room when they noticed that we’re on honeymoon. Would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great hotel with spacious room in great area as well. Thank you, Look Hotel!
When we booked online we picked a room with single queen bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 twin beds, with the staff telling us there were no other rooms. The lady at the front desk was also not very helpful and quite abrupt. The room itself was quite spacious, but the bathroom was very small. The breakfast included was decent but many of the hot food was actually left cold.
The rooms are damp and there are small insect, (I think fruit flies), are flying around. We asked the front desk to change the room and they said all rooms have the damp smell and advise us to turn on the dehumidifier in the room. There is no ventilation in the room. This hotel is not well maintained. The toilet has a bad smell. Worse than most public toilet!
