Since some years I have been coming here. Each year I am very satisfied with my choice. Food is very tasty. Service is extremely fast and satisfying. I especially want to make a comment about one of their managers who is in charge for the restaurant and cafe section. Miss Necla is such a good and kind manager, who is working deliberately with her staff for a perfect service. Hotel is very lucky to have such personnel. Congratulations Surely will continue to come

My review is specifically about the casino (slot machines)! I have been playing at this casino for about two years. Overall, I was satisfied. There were ups and downs in the game. There were friendly and responsible waiters, and there were lazy boors. But lately, the level of customer service, the game itself is just disgusting. Only 15% of the service staff know how to do their job. And the game itself leaves much to be desired. You play for 200, 300, 500 dollars per visit… I understand that there are days when you are unlucky, but the machine plays with you, you are distracted from all worldly thoughts and get what you came for - the game, adrenaline. You just enjoy the process. Unfortunately, now you are denied this. It is a pity that the casino has changed its high standards so much.

The food was tasty, no doubt about that. But that’s where the positives end. The staff were absolutely terrible — rude, unfriendly, and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. No greeting, no basic manners. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the customers. They ruined the whole experience from the moment we walked in. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves decent food. I’m seriously disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix their customer service.
