Los Cauquenes Resort Spa Experiences

Amazing location, with stunning views of the Beagle channel from the lobby, restaurant and lounge areas. Super helpful staff - special shout-out to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. I would give a special shout-out to Virginia at the concierge desk and Maria at the spa: they went over & beyond to help me, and made my stay very memorable. The restaurant staff - they were all so helpful, happy and enthusiastic. Food was excellent: in particular, breakfast and dinner! Clean and very comfortable rooms, comfy bed. Their outdoor glass booths at the restaurant, are an experience - situated on the cliff beside the Beagle channel. The resort is a little pricey, but this is understandable given the location, and I thought it was more than worth what I spent. The spa is an experience in itself - don’t miss it, if you happen to stay. I don’t have any cons to highlight. Overall, a fantastic resort to stay at in Ushuaia, if you have the budget.

We really enjoyed the hotel and facilites, great view and great staff. My only negative commentary is about bath towels in the room. They were looking old and some towels were torn.

Rooms are a bit outdated and VERY noisy. I could hear every word my neighbors were saying, and a nearby washing machine made lots of noise. Breakfast is good, however the coffee is terrible and it’s hard to get a refill as service personell only checks in once to pour some of that not really dark liquid out. Bed sleeps well. Entrance floor is pretty. Service Desk is nice and helpful. Overall a decent choice for a short trip.
