The best thing about this hotel is their staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well organized so we could have our own things in place. The shower temperature and power is perfect, and the drain and door works. The lift is fast! Tip: if they offer you Room 107, refuse it as it smells strongly of cigarette smoke.

I feel terrible for posting this review so late, but this hotel truly deserves every bit of appreciation. It's not just a beautiful place to stay it’s run by some of the kindest people I've ever encountered. We arrived at the hotel during a very difficult time when my son was extremely unwell. There were moments when we had to request housekeeping to change the bed sheets more than three times a day, and not once did they make us feel like it was a burden. What touched me the most was the compassion of a lady working at the restaurant. She used to prepare eggs for my son before we even arrived for breakfast . She is genuinely one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. I truly believe my son’s recovery was greatly aided by the warmth and care she showed us. If I were to share before and after photos of him during that stay, people would be amazed. I will never forget her kindness, and when my son grows up, I know he will want to meet and thank her himself. As for the hotel itself—it’s in a perfect location, right next to a lovely Italian restaurant, and just down the street is a gelato shop that serves the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

The lobby smells so nice. The front desk was so friendly upon check in. Even delighted us with a room upgrade. Amenities inside the room is great. A mini fridge inside the room is available. The air-condition is working great. The breakfast is also good. Caution: No rice for the asian people 😁
