This place is awesome to stay. Cozy ..home like feeling. We took one bedroom apartment for family of 4. It's clean and comfortable. They have small play room for small kids (under 7) and the same room has gaming console too. They have pool and a bar also. Laundry room and gym is also there. 5 minutes walk to Havelock station and bus stop. Morning till I think 8:30-9:00 pm coffee machine and biscuits are available for everyone. Would love to book it again ☺️

Truly disappointed with our stay here. Although the issues I mention below may not be important in the grand scheme of things, I feel sg maintains a great standard given its attention to detail and quality control and price tag. Therefore these issues may be minor but somehow tended to mar the perfect holiday getaway we had hoped for. They mention they are spacious. It’s good enough to reside in if you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, coming back only for showers and sleep. The washrooms are truly tiny but maybe that’s common throughout Singapore. Other than that detail I find the rooms quite agreeable and pleasant with no other complaints in that regard. The kid’s club was a tiny room stuffed with a few toys and tools and in complete disarray, definitely not as portrayed on their website. It needed tidying up. I suppose they were in the middle of some form of overhauling. Not sure because I didn’t inquire about the kid’s club afterwards. This was one place we didn’t go after the first glance. The housekeeping services were said to be available twice a week. I stayed for 5 nights and got 1 day of housekeeping and yet despite repeated reassurances that we would have our rooms cleaned on the allocated day, the housekeeping did NOT make up our rooms. No staff was available to answer our queries or to provide answers as to why we had to come back to our rooms after a long day outdoors and find the rooms uncleaned. They eventually cleaned the room a day before we departed so we did not have that cleaning midway as we were originally allocated by the staff. Had they cleaned on the date they have decided to, we might have had a better stay here with a clean room midway through our stay. The website boasts complimentary snacks and hot drinks throughout the day in the lobby. However that was not the case. During our stay we saw the shelves displaying hot beverages and cookies ONLY ONCE and that too for a short period of time before they were taken down. This advertisement is misleading on your end. The manager is highly uncooperative, abrupt, unenthusiastic, not cordial or welcoming,and readily responds in the negative to any questions and requests. His demeanor made me question whether it was a slight case of not-so-covert racism, which I hope is not true. I feel anyone in the hospitality sector should be somewhat warm and genial like the other staff on duty here. This was not a singular case: every interaction with him made us feel awkward and ill at ease. These are some of the problems I faced, nothing major, yet something that kept nagging at me, wishing I was not subjected to these because my vacation in Singapore was fantastic and I immensely loved everything else about Louis Kinney! I hope to come here every time I visit Singapore.

This could be 5 star if they paid a bit more attention to detail on service and, particularly, maintenance. Rooms are good size for Singapore though bathrooms are a squeeze. Located within reasonable distance of shops, Zion and Havelock hawker centres and the Havelock metro stop. One lift was out of action for most of our 3 night stay. Even when it was in action, you wouldn’t know as the indicator was extinguished. Had to press up to go down. Some broken things not fixed. Coping around pool was loose and jacuzzi didn’t work. Also strange policy of not selling detergent for washing machine in room-only for the common laundry. Took a few attempts to get a toaster as well. Hope they can rectify these matters as otherwise a good place to stay.
