Louisville Marriott Downtown

Hands down if you want luxuries and comfort, this is the perfect hotel for you. I enjoyed every night there. I felt safe and secure. The hospitality staff was amazing and very courteous and helpful. This location is accessible to everything. You can walk to any place you want to visit, stores, museums, and the Louisville baseball museum and store was incredible.

Great experience! From checking in to checking out, no issues. Front desk staff friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any issue you might have. Room was exceptionally clean. Will absolutely stay here in the future.

Stayed for five days and it great is most ways. Smells great, looks great and service was extra great. Only reason I can’t give five stars, is because of initial experience upon arrival. Requested a king suite and was given a double bed which looks nothing like the king suite. Was told that there was no longer a king available and would have to accept wheat they had. I requested the manger, to make sure my reservation really wasn’t going to be honored, and Michelle (manager on duty) came to the room with new keys for a suite which I reserved and with an amazing view. Amazing service from staff! The food was not great, but could have been partially due to servicing a large party. The bed was really comfortable and they have a nice gym. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.
