Luxe Grand Hotel Apartments

We attended an event over the weekend, and the hotel was quite busy. Despite having only one valet attendant, he managed the situation professionally and efficiently. The banquet hall was spacious, but the audio quality was lacking, and the restroom maintenance could be improved. On a positive note, the swimming pool and play area were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I stay with my family in this apartments, it was a good experience, rooms are clean but the room services are very slow, there was only one towel and not all shower items are available and we asked for that but they didn’t bring. Also, when we asked the reception for swimming pool during booking as we reach night time and we are searching for my children for hotel with swimming pool they said it’s available from 9-9 but in the morning we come to know that it’s closed and not available. We really disappointed from that. As guest I have to know the reality and what exactly available during booking time.

Disaster. At check-in, the receptionists tried to scam us for extra money, and the breakfast was not varied at all. The rooms were very poorly cleaned, and several things were missing. When we asked for two towels, they either brought none or the wrong number, and always with a long delay. They claimed it was child-friendly, but the playground was literally in ruins and closed. The pool looked like it hadn’t been filled in at least five years. The rooms were dirty, with mysterious stains on the couch. Half of the staff who interacted with guests didn’t even speak English. About half of the power outlets didn’t work. They had no idea what “gluten-free” means, which is beyond disappointing in 2024. I do not recommend this place.
