The rooms are comfortable although may get little noisy if you open the window , location is excellent as you can reach a lot of amazing places by walk .. the room service was very good keeping everything clean and smell nice . I enjoyed my staying and it’s excellent value for money in addition very safe hotel
The hotel is in a very central location and the rooms are very clean. Also, the employees are very friendly and smiling. I would especially like to thank Ms. Julia for her friendliness. Hope to see you again as soon as possible🙏
Hidden gem!!! just stayed there for 2 weeks. Historic beautiful building at the heart of the capital and the hotel takes whole its 5th floor. Friendly staff, very clean. They eager to help whatever you need. Once passing by the front desk I overheard that staff even was helping their guests to get a cab from the airport and pay for it. These guys go above and beyond to keep the high standards. The location is amazing: 10 minutes walk to the Red Square and Bolshoi theater, most of the attractions are within the walking distance. Plenty of restaurants just next door to the hotel with 10% discount for Lumiere boutique hotel guests. Highly recommend! With love, Inna
