M Crown Hotel

The hotel's prime location in the market area and its aesthetically pleasing lobby and restaurant are definite highlights. The luxury vibe and available parking are also a plus. However, the experience was significantly let down by poor service and maintenance. I had to call multiple times for room service, and basic amenities were not working—I couldn't get hot water and several plug points were non-functional.

Normally I never give such poor rating but for Mcrown it doesn't even deserve one star. Rooms: above average Service: Worst. Breakfast starts very late at 7.30 by then everyone gets into cafeteria and it gets too crowded. You would not have plates, bowls and other cutlery. Aloo bhaji would be there but no poori. If you request for omelette it would take 45 minutes atleast. For 50 odd guests there would be only one staff and no supervisor. Never ever had such worst experience. Today we had to skip breakfast. Parking: there is very congested parking of hotel with no guard to manage. Exit gate gets blocked and we had to wait for 40 minutes before our driver could manage to get out of parking. Location: Extremely congested. Overall we have never seen such worst hotel in our life. If anyone has to spoil his vacation then only should come here.

I am writing this review while seating in the restaurant of M Crown. Following are the highlights of my experience of last 1.5 hours- 1. Ordered dal and rice for my 4 yr old daughter- Got after 30 mins- to our surprise, both were stale. On complaning, they changed it but were not apologetic at all, as if its very common and just our fate that we got stinking food. 2. Glass served was broken. 3. Waiting for more than an hour now without even a dinner plate served.
