The location is very nice, the rooms are good but the services are not too good. Sometimes the main restaurant is crowded and it is necessary to wait for a free table (15 to 30 min). Also, there is a Kids place with no child monitor and it has just one restroom, almost all the time not cleaned. At the swimming pool, there just one restroom for adults (male/female) and another for kids, and both are cleaned just two or three times a day. They offer just plastic plates, cups and cutlery. Finally, you need to beg them to clean your room, the signal card (Please, clean up the room) doesn't work even if you leave them hanging on the lock outside the room.
